It’s important to remember that although 12v DC solar charging systems are classed as extra low voltage and are relatively safe with no fears of electric shock, there is a considerable levels of stored energy in the battery. So correct fusing is extremely important for the safety of those that may use the solar system.

All our pre wire kits come with the appropriate protection with either fuses or circuit breakers.

today we installed two catering trailer systems with up to 550Ah of stored energy. Custom circuit breaker boards were produced for each system providing each battery bank individual protected with circuit breakers offering battery fault protection.
