We recently installed four 120w solar panels with solar controller to charge 4 leisure batteries onboard this delightful narrow boat on the Shropshire Union Canal This now removes the need to rely on a generator or the engine to charge the batteries.

Sandra was kind enough to allow me to share her own words on how pleased she is:

"This is a picture of my boat Mark fitted 2 solar panels for me .I was so pleased with them I had 2 more fitted the following week. While the weather has been nice I haven't run my engine for days now they are going to pay for themselves in no time .Mark was professional courteous and explained everything to me in great detail and if I had any problems I knew I could phone him. I don't think there expensive as they are good panels and you get a control panel that shows you exactly what power is going in.
